PRK | Photorefractive Keratectomy
Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK) is a laser vision correction (LVC) for nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), and astigmatism by using an excimer laser to reshape the cornea without creating a flap in the cornea. PRK is a first generation LVC which has proven itself to be a stable and reliable option for individuals who do not wish to have LASIK or SMILE.
